FOR AGENCIES

Brand and content capacity, white-labeled.

A senior brand and content strategist you can subcontract by the project, working under your agency's name or alongside your team, from Portland, Maine.

I plug in as the brand and content lead on your engagement. The work arrives finished and documented, ready to hand to your client.

✳︎WHO THIS IS FOR

For agencies running thin on senior capacity

01

Your agency is winning brand and content work faster than your team can fulfill it.

02

The client needs a real foundation before another content calendar gets built on guesswork.

03

Your agency would rather add a senior strategist to a project than a salary to the payroll.

✳︎HOW WE STRUCTURE IT

Built around how your agency already works.

Every agency handles partner work differently. Some bill their client directly and bring me in behind the scenes, some pass the engagement through, some fold me into a retainer that is already running. We work the commercial side out together, shaped around the way your agency already operates.

✳︎Work is scoped as a project, never billed hourly, so the scope and the timeline are both settled in writing before anything starts.

✳︎Production work sits inside the scope. Templates, forms, and finished copy come with the strategy, so your team is not picking up the build.

✳︎Tell me how your agency structures partner work and we will shape the engagement around it.

✳︎WHAT YOUR TEAM GETS

It feeds every discipline you already have

The foundation is the source your specialists draw from, and they do better work faster once it exists, because nobody is guessing at voice or reinventing positioning on the client's budget.

PR

Messaging pillars, proof points, and guardrails give your PR team a consistent story and the language to pitch it. The spokesperson sounds like the brand in every interview and every quote.

Advertising

Positioning and audience profiles tell your creative team who they are reaching and what the brand owns, so campaigns start from strategy instead of a blank page.

Web Design

Voice, structured page copy, and AI signals give your designers real words to build around, and make the finished site legible to readers and machines alike.

Social Content & Community

Content pillars, voice guidelines, and templates give your social team a system to post and reply from, so the day-to-day stays on brand without a check-in.

✳︎WHY THE FOUNDATION COMES FIRST

Most marketing fails on what was never decided

When a client cannot say why they are posting, or emailing, or running the ad, no team can make it work. The foundation settles that before anything ships, on three fronts.

Each engagement and what it delivers is listed on the services page.

01

Tied to real outcomes

Every pillar traces back to a goal the client can measure. That is what lets an agency show that the retainer moved revenue, retention, or reach, rather than engagement for its own sake.

02

One strategy, every channel

A single foundation that carries across social, email, website, and ads, so the message stays consistent and the same thinking scales as the client grows.

03

Documented so anyone can run it

The strategy ships as a written system: what to make, who it is for, where it goes, how to judge it. Onboarding shrinks, and the work holds together when people change.

✳︎HOW I WORK WITH YOUR TEAM

Working together is pretty simple

I ran a digital marketing practice out of Portland for fourteen years, and for most of that time I sat right where you are sitting. I worked alongside agencies and subcontractors on most engagements, and I learned what makes those partnerships hum: clear scopes and clean handoffs.

I do not subcontract your client's brand work. Positioning, voice, audience research, and the guidelines document all come from me. My scope stops there. Identity design, web build, photography and video sit with your team and the partners you already use, named in the scope before anything starts. One senior strategist carrying one bounded piece of your engagement, whether your client ever learns my name or not.

  • ✳︎I hit deadlines, because I know what a missed handoff does to a small agency's week.
  • ✳︎Everything I hand off comes documented, so your team can keep it running without me.
  • ✳︎I am happy to be as visible or invisible as you want. Some agencies introduce me to their clients, and some never mention my name.
